JOB REQUISITION Facilities Services Coordinator III LOCATION DEER PARK JOB DESCRIPTION * Robert Half is seeking a Workplace Services Coordinator III to respond and resolve facilities-related helpdesk tickets from the RH Field Offices throughout North America.

This role will seek high-quality resolutions to all requests in an expeditious manner.
Outstanding results will rely on your judgement and critical thinking ability to define the best course of action, the correct internal parties to involve and engage, appropriate vendors/resources to deploy, understanding budgetary approval thresholds and your effective written and verbal communication skills with the RH leadership.
Maintain accurate history/service logs of equipment and other repairs performed.
Helpdesk tickets include: Paint touch-ups, appliance repair/replacement, HVAC issue, ergo request, Indoor Air Quality, furniture repair, noise issues, door repairs, printer problems, lighting issues, and preventive maintenance contracts.
Project coordinations may include: Site retrofits for sound masking, security systems, LED fixtures and other energy management and sustainability efforts, etc.
This role acts as first contact for all North American 24/7 emergency calls.
You will facilitate and coordinate resolution to urgent/emergency incidents.
You will contact all necessary team members, vendors, and employees in order to mitigate or resolve incidents.
You will also work directly with landlord staff as necessary to resolve these issues.
The role will also function as a back-up for the Deer Park Mail Services as well as WPS building services during occasional Deer Park workload backlogs or when time-off coverage is necessary.
Specific responsibilities include: Field Offices
Respond to Real Estate / Facility Related service requests from Field offices + Identify issue + Prioritize/set SLA + Mitigate immediate safety / security risks + Research repair/replacement options and associated costs + Inform Business of findings and advise on Best Practice + Manger vendors (Sourcing, Onboarding, Scheduling, Payment) + Communicate with all parties involved + Maintain accurate data/records/history for each office
Security / Access Control + Resolve hardware related issues (Locksets, Strikes, Maglocks, etc ) + Resolve Access Control Software issues (Program Modifications/functions) + Other security related issues (Panic button, CCTV, Fire alarm) * Ergonomics + Point of contact for all Ergo related questions/concerns + Liaison with Ergo vendor + Coordinate purchase, delivery install of equipment
Emergency Crisis Response + Point of contact for RH staff and Property Management + Team Member
Preventative Maintenance + HVAC + Life Safety
Assist with contracts for outside services + Vending + Cable + Mail
Act as liaison between Property Manager, RH office and Corporate Real Estate teams Deer Park (Back Up Responsibilities) * Mail Processing (FedEx, UPS, or other express mail/package services - incoming and outgoing) * Secure Archiving (Iron Mountain) cartons and boxes.
Conference room setup, ergonomic evaluations, ergonomic equipment, employee badging, etc.
Order necessary office and break room supplies.
High School, GED, or vocational training required.
Junior College coursework preferred.
5+ years of corporate mail room and/or building services experience required.
General maintenance, office machines, and/or furniture systems assembly required.
Knowledge of maintenance ticket system required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office or e-mail and word processing software required.
Knowledge of building services and/or badging systems required.
Knowledge of package and mail processing procedures preferred.
First Aid, CPR and/or AED certification preferred.
Certification within 6 months of start date required.
