NHQPurpose
The Manager, Facilities Project Management will coordinate facilities-related activities, including reporting, budgeting, and project tracking. This position will be responsible for the project management of facilities and construction projects across Hyundai corporate office facilities.
Major Responsibilities
Implement project timelines and develop tasks and milestones to track progress and ensure timely completion of resource assigned tasks related to Hyundai Corporate office facilities.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet timeline expectations and report status updates.
Exercise independent judgment to manage existing and future vendors. Source and identify potential vendors for various facilities projects.
Use advanced knowledge to develop and monitor budget for each project.
Maintain, monitor, and generate reports, which include Vendor Purchase Order information, leased facilities showing specifics for all rent payments, monthly utility spending, track payments for all special building construction projects, PO and budget request activity and summary reports, budget tracking reports and Purchase Request and Change Request tracking reports.
Generate purchase request documents for suppliers, leased facilities and construction related projects.

Major Responsibilities (continued)
Lead and document meetings driving decisions and results escalating necessary action items with Admin Services leadership.
Act as a liaison between internal team, external service providers, finance, and legal counsel.
Use advanced knowledge to consolidate and submit reporting necessary for facilities proposals and project management. Prepare and distributing periodic real estate summaries, reports and presentations for management and senior executives.
Provide monthly reporting on all accounts payable and receivable to management.
Support Real Estate & Facilities team with Hyundai affiliate land and building projects.
Support team members with facility related inquiries.
Complete ad-hoc assignments as necessary.

~ Bachelor's degree required.~ Master's degree a plus

Related Experience
Six or more years of experience in real estate & facilities administration, four of which are directly involved with formal project management.

Skills/Knowledge
Knowledge of construction and ability to read architectural drawings a plus.
General Facilities knowledge - Space Planning, Facility Operations, Space Planning, etc.
Facilities Infrastructure - electrical, HVAC, data rooms, A/V preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel applications.
Extensive experience with project management software
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, with minimum guidance, in a fast-paced multi-project environment.

Certification
Project Management (PMP) Certification preferred.
