Responsibilities: Provide full scale facilities project management that includes, but is not limited to interfacing with personnel, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Engineers, NAVFAC Project Managers, NAVFAC Inspectors, AIR-7.10, AIR-4.0, Architect/Engineering firms, BOS Contractors, outside facility service and utility organizations for obtaining facility maintenance, updated facility operations, new facility design, new facility construction and facility upgrades/repairs.

Education: BS or BA degree from an accredited university in a Business, Management or "Relevant Technical Discipline.

Allowable Substitution: An AS or AA degree from an accredited university in a technical discipline or related field and an additional four (4) years of Engineering and/or IT experience; OR an additional eight (8) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.

Experience: At least six (6) years experience.

Two (2) years of the last six (6) years must have been as a team leader. Demonstrate experience in cost/benefit analysis, quality control, successful completion of critical path events and project tracking. Familiarity with SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD forms related to PPBS, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work requests, Requisitions, CDRLs, and DD 254.

Other: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Shipping duties involve comparing items and quantities gathered for shipment against request for shipment documents; ensuring items are properly packaged; loading items into transporting vehicles through use of forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment; and preparing and keeping records of goods shipped. Receiving duties involve verifying the correctness of incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading, invoices or other records; checking for damaged goods; staging equipment/material for shipment; and preparing and keeping records of items received. Property accountability duties involve identifying qualifying government equipment and contacting appropriate personnel for tagging. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: Two (2) years work experience in a material handling/receiving/shipping operation, including Microsoft Office experience. Other: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to obtain a Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card or similar medical surveillance/examiner's certificate that complies with OSHA standards.
