Job Title: Facilities Project Manager
EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Facilities Project Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Has direct responsibility for all operations and maintenance (O&M) effort for a particular site.
Schedules PMs, CMs and the parts and materials needed to execute the work within the required completion dates.
Coordinates with FM/COR to insure the work is completed without interfering with medical operations.
Coordinates and communicates with the FM/COR to understand and maximize customer satisfaction rating. If the FM/COR documents or has a customer complaint the CMM will resolve the issue and report the issue to the Project Manager.
Ensures all work is completed within the terms of the contracts.
Technically qualified in the field of Healthcare Facilities Maintenance Management and have 5 yrs' experience in medical/health care (bedded-inpatient) facility operations and maintenance, including the supervision of a diversified work force responsible for 24-hour (24/7/365) operations, maintenance and repair of medical facility systems.
Must have formal training related to the Joint Commission (Environment of Care /Life Safety Code standards).
Working experience with NFPA, EPA, TJC, OSHA codes and standards.
5yrs experience with The Joint Commission compliance (maintenance and documentation [including all Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support, Facilities Management (DMLSS-FM) work requests and all supporting testing / certification / verification (in-house or subcontracted) documentation] requirements for Environment of Care (EOC) and Life Safety (LS) compliance) as required for healthcare facilities.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must have American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification.
Must be able to pass a company and site's background check
