Designs and develops technical and working drawings/plans for construction of new and upgrades to existing buildings applying structural/civil design disciplines through AutoCad. Incorporates as built drawings into Archibus. Maintains as builts and archives records into Sharepoint. Space management planning tracks space occupancy and provides reports of occupancy statistics for space usage and rebalancing. Conducts building space audits and redesigns office space usage. Integrated Workplace Management System Administrator modifies service level agreements, issuing process, develops modifies and reports, routes work orders through system start to finish. Runs test network, Maintains all files and application programs. Manages state work order process- receives, validates work to be performed, and initiates request in state system, schedules, and validates repairs.
Associates or Technical Institute degree in related field, Bachelor's degree a plus (Space Planning/Management, Architecture or Design, Facility Management); or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
AutoCAD Certification and experience a must
Experience with Integrated Work Place Management Systems
Knowledge of facility allocation and construction
Ability to analyze and determine space utilization
Ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction documents
Knowledge of ADA requirements and building codes
Understanding Occupational Health & Safety laws
Must be familiar and proficient with PC based software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, & Power Point
