Renovation Services Full/Part Time: FullTime
Responsible for project management and coordination of multiple renovations, major maintenance, and new construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with internal/external design professionals, internal workforce and external subcontractors/workforce to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the University's standard of quality and safety.
Maintain awareness of project safety concerns and compliance with University and OSHA requirements. Maintain construction documentation including Change Orders, RFI's and ensure as-built completion and timely project close-out. Communicate regularly with customers, owners and end users.
This position will work Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. This job will be filled as a level 4, or level 5, depending upon the successful candidate's competencies, education, and experience. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Management or related discipline or higher plus eight years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience for a level 4.
Additional experience and/or education and competencies are required for higher level jobs. OSHA 30-hour Certification, knowledge of building mechanical, electrical and architectural systems, and CPM scheduling knowledge are preferred. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as part of your job duties.
