Job Description:

JOB OBJECTIVE: To oversee the basic to advanced installation and setup of new or existing facilities as required by project.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In addition to essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested per management.

  • Coordinate facility setup including installation of furniture, store fixtures, racking

  • Coordinate construction activities

  • Communicate schedules, activities and maintain scheduled openings

  • Coordinate vendors, contractors and sub-contractors

  • Develop and communicate related construction schedules

  • Valid Drivers License

Other

  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service

  • Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures

  • Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company

  • Work overtime as needed

  • Travel required (100%)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • 3-5 years warehouse or branch experience preferred

  • General Construction Knowledge perferred

  • Demonstrated job-related professional skills, highly organized and self-motivated

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Effective interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency with office software or demonstrate a willingness to learn

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Ability to listen and follow directions

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems

  • Ability to manage installation crews

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Lifting 20 pound objects constantly; 50 pound objects frequently; and 100 pound objects occasionally is required

  • Climbing ladders, stairs and ramps

  • Balancing

  • Pushing and pulling

  • Stooping, crouching and kneeling

  • Reaching

  • Grasping objects

  • Vision: minimum vision required to prevent injury from oneself and others

  • Hearing: perceiving the nature of sounds with or without correction

  • Talking: expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word
