Facilities Project Coordinator

Summary: Dometic Marine's facility in Litchfield, Illinois is our main distribution center that manages the packaging and distribution of aftermarket marine and OPE industrial products.

Facilities Project Coordinator will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop project plans, assist to execute those plans in partnership with cross-functional teams, communicate progress and obstacles associated with each project, and ensure risks are mitigated to deliver completed projects based on resources, budgets, and timelines. This role will also assist the EHS and Maintenance teams with administrative tasks that relate to facilities projects. Main Responsibilities:

Defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables for each project Set and maintain project budgets from creation, adjustments, and final close out Calculate the financial analysis for cost savings opportunities Monitor and reporting project progress, and eliminating barriers to project success Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. Contracts and Terms of Agreement) Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports Oversee project procurement management (e.g. creating purchase orders and check requests) Present reports on progress, problems, and solutions to project stakeholders Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs Evaluate and assess results of projects & complete close out reports Assist maintenance and safety departments with administrative documentation Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in business or technical field or equivalent work-related experience 2 years within facilities maintenance and/or facilities project coordination preferred 2 years of project management experience; PMP Certification desired Intermediate skills with MS Suite including Microsoft project, Experience managing contractor/vendor related activities Behavioral Requirements Results driven & eager to expand knowledge Adept at handling multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight timelines Ability to effectively arrange and manage meetings that drives results Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and interpersonal skills Analytical and detail oriented Dometic overview:
