Answer client calls promptly and efficiently, utilize a PC to locate information, place supply and requisition requests, interact with internal and external clients in a positive manner, document calls and generate the necessary paperwork to accomplish all client requests.

Will act as key point of contact with customers, promoting positive customer relationships. Will respond and follow up to customer inquiries by researching status of orders, repairs, returns, and field service. Interact with other departments to ensure delivery schedules are met. Process technical information and parts for design and test purposes or evaluations


  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources

  • Update customer data and produce activity reports Walk customers through problem solving process

  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution

  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure

  • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements

  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services


  • Familiarity with CMMS systems, preferably Infor (EAM) Working knowledge of basic industrial communication protocols Basic troubleshooting skills preferred

  • Basic conditioning skills preferred

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills required, ability to learn to use specific programs as needed.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary to provide courteous and professional customer service.

  • Ability to remain calm and courteous when handling difficult calls and requests. Ability to work with a team.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and requirements.


High School diploma or equivalency. 0-2 years relevant experience.

As a member of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for management, execution and analysis of key processes that support seamless execution of Supply Chain activities, customer order fulfillment, logistics, claims management, order monitoring and revenue assurance. This position will support both In-Sourced Manufacturing as well as Outsourced Manufacturing environments. Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities: * Convert customer demand into forecast and production plan. * Maintain a production schedule based upon customer demand. * Ensure forecast, customer orders and internal demands are met effectively, while optimizing the utilization of inventories and operational resources. * Maintaining and analysis of clean to build status * Shop order generation, reporting and maintenance * Production Order processing via OEMS System * Work closely with manufacturing to ensure production requirements can be met and negotiate adjustments to production schedule if needed. * Perform production capacity planning analysis. * Maintain and update capacity data for all critical plant resources/work centers. * Monitor adherence to plan and work with production facility to resolve any issues that arise. * Proactively provide product supply status to business team and other functional groups within Supply Chain/Operations. * Identify key trends that affect Production negatively and implement processes to alleviate. * Identify and execute opportunities to improve supply chain and operations efficiency. * Participate in and proactively manage new product introduction processes. * Managing all aspects of order fulfillment, including customer compliance, inventory levels, monthly sales projections, and issue identification and escalation. * Order Monitoring and sales insight at an aggregate sales level, including customer level analytics. * Cross-functional project management and ownership over key order fulfillment processes. * Root cause analysis, Issue resolution and technical/analytical support. * Development, analysis and distribution of Key Performance Metrics. * Responsible for establishing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with Operations Managers, Supply Chain Program Managers, Demand Planners and Customer Service. * Provides management with clear, timely and accurate information with which to make decisions. * Alerts management to deviations (or potential deviations) from established plans. * Apply knowledge of concepts and principals of planning to develop solutions to a variety of problems. * Compile schedules for material/capacity planning as well as financial planning/ forecasting. * Participate in Sales Planning, helping to set priorities when demand outweighs capacity. * Forecast and identify supply problems and proactively determine the potential impact of on time delivery to customers. * Perform other related/assigned "special projects" with little or no impact to the performance of normal duties Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification: * Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, or other relevant discipline. * 5-8 years of experience in various aspects of operations, supply and manufacturing. * Skilled at multi-tasking with flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and shifting priorities. * Possess knowledge of customer ordering and inventory practices and fulfillment processes. * Good working knowledge of the processes and systems that reside across the supply chain. * Possess strong analytical skills and overall business acumen knowledge. * Excellent math and logical thinking skills. * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); proven ability to communicate effectively cross functionally within the company. * Excellent MS Office skills. * Ability to work off hours and overtime (including weekends) as needed. * Ability to Travel up to 25% of the time * Experience with Lean Manufacturing, JIT and Kanban is a plus. * Candidate must be able to work in a team environment that demands a cooperative approach in addressing issues, a willingness to contribute to problem solving efforts, a helpful nature in assisting coworkers, and a positive attitude.
