Facilities Planner, Mid

Key Role:

Conducting anti-threat program reviews at Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) locations distributed throughout the Continental United States (CONUS). Generate required deliverables for each inspection and brief out unit commanders on the results of findings. Work with physical security, arms vaults, and secure rooms and conduct general military inspections. This position requires the ability to travel to complete inspections at MARFORRES CONUS sites from 1 week to 2 weeks per month.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of arms vault operations and procedures

  • Knowledge of secure room operations and procedures

  • Ability to build and present program review briefings without the need for supervisor review

  • Ability to travel for 1 week at a time and 1-2 times per month

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

  • Completion of 80 hours of physical security training provided by a US government agency or accredited contractor
