What this job involves

  • Serve as the secondary administrator for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and responsible for oversight of account team's technology programs. Foster relationships with account team and key client stakeholders to ensure technology solutions are aligned with business objectives. Partner with Operations to outline instructions (i.e., job plans) for performing planned maintenance related to Integrated Facilities Management (IFM). Champion technology and knowledge-based initiatives for internal and external projects/business objectives through discovery, design, execution, implementation, and closure. Manage routine operations and support administrative services for cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Work Arrangement: Onsite with Remote Work Option

This position requires the employee to work primarily onsite, with the added benefit of being able to work remotely for one day per week.

What is your day to day?

  • Responsible for overall integrity of the CMMS (Corrigo) and liaising with JLL/Technology Platform team to ensure alignment with data governance standards and processes.

  • Co-manage duties related to system configuration, end user records, asset management, reporting/analytics, and periodic auditing.

  • Partner with the Compliance Manager to recalibrate on the account team's training strategy to establish a robust program that ensures curricula is developed and maintained for all roles supporting managed services at the client site. Serve as Training Lead and represent account for Life Sciences Learning & Development central team.

  • Develop knowledge-based content for managed services, continuous improvement, operational incidents, and training tools/resources.

  • Optimize work order performance and develop metrics / dashboard reports that allow account team to proactively identify performance trends/shifts and introduce solutions to ensure services are sustained and align with the MSA.

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

  • High school diploma

  • 6 - 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Technical proficiency with the ability to optimize systems or SaaS solutions and leverage as an opportunity to enhance IFM / support services.

  • Demonstrated competence to gather data, translate into comprehensive analytics, and recommend a solution.

  • Agile with the ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities to ensure deadlines are met, and manage multiple assignments effectively.

  • Proficient in MS Office, primarily MS Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, foster relationships, and engage stakeholders, including senior leadership.

  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.

  • Highly motivated to grow and excel within a high-performing organization.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a regulated environment such as the medical research or other Life Science industry preferred.
