Position Summary

The Facility Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring safety and cleanliness of the club, which includes performing safety checks and repairs. He/she also acts as Manager on Duty when needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures cleanliness of building and grounds are maintained at all times

  • Ensures there are no unsafe conditions in the facility

  • Conducts general repairs in a timely manner

  • Performs preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working properly

  • Participates in safety training and safety inspections

  • Suggests methods of preventing hazards to safety committee

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training

  • Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.

  • Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

  • CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire

  • Ability to operate basic machinery and tools

VIEW JOBS 11/3/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-01T00:00 Position Summary The Facilities Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is a technical leadership position where the selected candidate will lead a team of highly skilled technicians to support site maintenance of motors, generators, drives, and power distribution equipment. Role and Responsibilities * Responsible for leading a highly skilled technician staff in executing preventative maintenance, work order tracking, spare part control, and general troubleshooting of electrical distribution systems, motors, generators, VFDs, and other electro-mechanical equipment. * Coordinates resources needed to insure key maintenance, engineering and capital projects are completed in time and within budget. * Acts as advisor and first point of contact to technician team in order to meet maintenance schedules, resolve technical problems, respond to incidents, and support interdepartmental projects. * Provide training, mentoring, performance improvement and career development to employees * Reviews activity metrics, and other performance to plan data to measure productivity and goal achievements. * Identifies complex problems, performs data analysis, and develops solutions. * Manage onsite contractors and projects to guarantee safe and successful completion of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting. * Create Standard Operating Procedures, checklists, and other work documents to standardize common work tasks. * Utilize computerized maintenance management software to submit work orders, track repair costs and equipment history * Verifies inventories of maintenance material, supplies, and repair parts at required levels are in place for new equipment. * Shift: 1st-Monday through Friday 7:30am-5pm. Skills and Qualifications * Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience and responsibility in a maintenance field, 3 of which were holding a supervisory position directing a multifunctional maintenance staff. * Experience with low, medium, and high voltage motors (Installation and Maintenance). * Well-developed interpersonal skills with ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, and strong conflict resolution skills (even under periods of high stress). * Ability to establish credibility and be decisive – but able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities. * Self –directed, self –motivated and self managing with ability to prioritize daily work loads and schedule weekly priorities. * Ability to read blueprints, schematics, assembly drawings and wire lists. * Utilize computerized maintenance management software to submit work orders, track repair costs and equipment history. * Must be flexible and responsive to the needs of the business, with the ability to work off hours.
