WHAT YOU'LL DO

From building maintenance and security to sanitation and space management, our Facilities team does it all! They create a campus environment that our Rain Makers can enjoy each and every day. You'll lead the team, enhancing our spaces in Preston, Kent, and Snoqualmie while mentoring our Rain Makers.

Reports to: Sr. Manager, NW Operations

Location: Onsite at our Preston & Kent, WA facilities 5 days a week

  • Life happens and we know it. In-office days and hours are dependent on department and business needs, so as long as you're honest about your needs, we will do what we can to support when things pop up.

Annual Bonus Potential: 13% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.

Base Salary: $98,000 - $126,000 (depending on experience)

Note: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

  • Manage facilities projects' resources, scope and budget, tracking project timelines, milestones, and due dates in Workfront, our project management tool.

  • Develop and Implement facility management programs including preventive maintenance and life-cycle requirements of all tools, equipment, vehicles utilized by facilities department.

  • Conduct and document regular campus inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes. (SQF, GMP, OSHA, DOSH).

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create, implement, and audit a comprehensive campus security plan.

  • Implement a progressive continuous improvement maintenance plan for all facilities and landscaping, coordinating scheduled work with key internal partners.

  • Manage and oversee operations across multiple facilities located in Kent and Preston, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and seamless coordination between locations.

  • Partner with internal design team on campus aesthetic, creating and maintaining an environment that reflects our culture (building interiors and exteriors, as well as landscaping).

  • Consult with leaders and managers on strategic headcount plans to build out spaces that meet our long-term needs.

  • Develop the facilities budget, service contracts, and build long-term strategic plans to include capex and budget considerations.

  • Maintain equipment, as well as inventory of supplies and consumables to ensure availability.

  • Conduct routine facility audits to determine the need for repairs and compliance with health, safety, and GMP standards

  • Review utilities consumption, identifying opportunities to improve sustainability and efficiency

  • Manage records and documentation, including but not limited to insurance plans, service contracts, building information, and financial records

  • Foster a collaborative culture of trust, accountability, and performance, supporting Rain Makers to reach their potential.

  • Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are always followed, notifying immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues.

  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Progressive experience in facilities management, project management, and a minimum of five (5) years in managing a team, exposure to a manufacturing environment is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Washington State, King County and industrial building codes.

  • Demonstrated understanding safe operation of equipment, tools and application of PPEs, maintenance to eliminate hazardous conditions.

This role is safety sensitive. This means that as part of your core responsibilities you will be regularly responsible for your own safety and/or the safety of others (e.g., driving on behalf of the company, working in a warehouse/plant environment).

  • Vehicle Program -

  • Field Sales Specialist- Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS rate

  • Field Sales Managers and Market Managers- Company car included!

  • Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors- We use the leader in vehicle reimbursement solutions, Motus. This program provides a monthly fixed and variable rate that adheres to IRS guidelines for the business use of personal vehicles.

  • HQ Directors/VPs- Vehicle Stipend- This role qualifies for a vehicle stipend equaling $650/$800 monthly.

  • 401k with Immediate Vesting. With matched contributions and investment customization, we'll help build a plan to reach your goals.

Please note, eligibility for our full benefits package is based on an average of 30+ hours per week in regular (not temporary) positions.
