Job Title: Facilities Manager

Department: Facilities Department

Summary

Responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of support services to Red River Bank by overseeing the company's facility operations; managing facilities staff; managing janitorial, courier and shred services; administering supply chain & delivery; and supporting special events.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as necessary):

  • Inspect, maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across all Red River Bank facilities. Manage elevators at One Centre Court (OCC) building.

  • Perform periodic facilities inspections at least twice per location per year.

  • Inspect and maintain landscaping.

  • Tenant management - assure collection of rents; respond to tenant issues or requests.

  • Vendor and contract management - oversee variety of vendors/contractors; negotiate maintenance and service agreements, project contracts, etc.

  • Project management - oversee and coordinate facility activities related to construction, renovation and space planning.

  • Help Desk management - receipt and prioritization of facility requests for service; implement and manage platform.

  • Supply management - oversee supplies and supply vendors reviewing invoices, maintaining and validating inventories, etc.

  • Fleet management - oversight and maintenance of corporate vehicles.

  • Mail management - oversee handling and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail.

  • Storage management - manage off-site storage locations.

  • Event management - organize staff and third parties for special events.

  • Generator management - oversee proper maintenance and operating schedule to ensure proper functioning of bank generators.

  • Business Continuity - participant on business continuity team to coordinate/facilitate response and interact with key third parties (construction/renovation services, fuel services, water intrusion services, etc.).

  • Budget Planning - has horizontal budget responsibilities for the 3-5 year planning of facilities projects.

  • Provide leadership in development of key partnerships related to facilities management.

  • Provide leadership and direction to executive management on facilities management issues and operating needs.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Manages facilities personnel. Sets goals, staffing requirements, performance/evaluation guidelines.

Plans, assigns and directs work.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.

At least three years of facilities, operations, logistics or construction management preferred.

In lieu of education requirement, must have at least five years of extensive facilities, operations, logistics or construction management experience.

Additional experience/knowledge preferred but not required:

  • General knowledge/experience with help desk solutions (general or facilities specific)

  • General knowledge/experience with mail solutions

  • General knowledge/experience with fleet management solutions

  • General knowledge/experience with HVAC solutions
