We are currently seeking a part-time Facilities Manager to be an integral member of our team in our Richmond, Virginia office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and physical operation of a 47,000 SF facility including building and grounds maintenance. - 1-5 years’ experience of general building maintenance
- Exterior: Lawn care, general maintenance and upkeep of building and grounds.
- Interior: Monitoring and maintaining building operations, recycling collection, general maintenance and oversight of contracted services provided by outside vendors.
- Assistance with set up for large group meetings, incidental cleaning, minor repairs, and other assistance as requested.
- Coordinate maintenance of equipment and company vehicles, ordering of janitorial supplies, performing general office upkeep, other duties as assigned.
- Physical requirements: Duties require good overall physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb and work from a ladder, walking, reaching, lifting and bending associated with maintenance duties.
