Our growing company is currently in need of a responsible individual to fill the position of Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for doing hands on work, inspecting, maintaining and repairing building systems to ensure proper operating results. The successful candidate will oversee the company's facility operations, manage staff, manage small remodels, manage janitorial and landscaping duties; all while remaining in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Coordinate subcontractors, Verify completion of work and maintain schedules.
Oversee and supervise various individuals assigned to assist in completing tasks.
Coordinate with the Executive team on the implementation of new and remodel building projects
Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
3+ years' experience in facilities management position
Strong understanding of all phases of construction.
Able to read and understand construction documents
Demonstrated leadership skills, able to direct others and interact with clients.
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Excellent project management skills
