What You'll Do:

As our Facilities Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping workspaces that drive productivity, efficiency, and comfort for both our teams and clients, all while maintaining adherence to PBMares' design standards and brand values. You'll operate at both a strategic and hands-on level, managing projects that align with the firm's priorities and deliver measurable results in the following key areas:

  • Department Administration

  • Leases and Leasehold Improvements

  • Supply Management

  • Asset Management

  • Safety and Security

  • Risk Management and Compliance

  • Operations and Maintenance

Lead with Vision: Spearhead PBMares' facilities program to align with our strategic goals, from overseeing office design to implementing safety protocols, all while managing budgets efficiently.

Collaborate for Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and optimize office spaces that enhance productivity and reflect PBMares' brand.

Manage Projects Seamlessly: Oversee office moves, renovations, and supply chain logistics to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Ensure Safety & Security: Implement robust safety and security programs, conducting regular employee training and emergency drills.

Optimize Efficiency: Foster strong vendor partnerships, maintain facilities to high standards, and streamline operational processes for maximum efficiency.
