We are seeking an energetic and hands on Facilities Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee building and grounds maintenance for HQ and one satellite location
  • Perform routine scheduled maintenance and make light repairs as needed
  • Manage and review service contracts and interact with landscapers and snow removal contractors.
  • Conduct and document regular facilities inspections and track observations
  • Check completed work by vendors and contractors and maintain insurance and compliance info
  • Recommend maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications
  • Obtain bids from qualified vendors to perform equipment replacements, upgrades and maintenance
  • Preventative maintenance of various equipment on schedule
  • Forecast, allocate, and supervise the financial and physical resources of the facility management department
  • Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions and be on call in emergencies
  • Collaborating with C-Suite on budgeting for facilities needs
  • Assembly/moving of furniture, shelving, or warehouse racking
  • Communicate workplace safety precautions to employees
  • Monitor and address consumable products

Requirements

Qualifications

·         BA in facility management, business, information management, or engineering is preferred but not required

·         Strong verbal and written skills

·         Strong project management skills

·         Clean driving record

·         Must be able to operate pallet jacks, mobile aerial work platforms (training will be provided if necessary)

·         5 -10 years in related positions
