Facilities Manager Full time position with Health benefits, Retirement plan and Vacation and Sick hours available.
General repairs such as painting, patching walls, security hardware, hanging shelves landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.
Responsible for the maintenance of all the grounds on a daily basis to keep building grounds neat and attractive.
Create, Manage and implement a facilities ticket repair program.
Helps coordinate renovations of existing facilities and construction of new facilities
Our Clubs are open before and after school, during lunch, throughout the summer for the camp programs and all day during school vacations when kids have free time and need positive, productive outlets.
Five years' experience with various levels of construction trade
Must be able to perform but not limited to the following skills: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and janitorial.
Travel required with a reliable vehicle able to transport multiple items.
Knowledge of the OSHA standards and precautions necessary.
Completed Criminal Record Clearance, and be fingerprinted.
Completion of BGC/CLV Driver Orientation.
