Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-1st Shift Pay: $23.00-26.00 based on experience and qualifications

Position Responsibilities:
The Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainee works alongside maintenance technicians to perform preventative maintenance that meets regulations, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting on building equipment
You will be responsible for remodeling and refurbishing interior and exterior property while keeping areas clean and organized
Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainees monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and parts inventory
This role also uses a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including operating a forklift to assist in heavy lifting maintenance procedures and repairs
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 plus years of related experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift 100 pounds
Must have a valid Driver's License
