Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hotel Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Hotel Repair & Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our hotel facilities and equipment to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Maintenance Person Responsibilities Include:

Proven experience in hotel or building maintenance Strong Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Pool Operator Certification a plus Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and Interpersonal skills Have a friendly, courteous, service oriented demeanor Comfort with physically demanding work for 8 hour shift Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Accountability and Reliability critical to success PM21 PI18e303c1e22a-31181-34671490
