Description of Typical Work Schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm (Monday through Friday) (Hours set based on necessity of department or office.)
PURPOSE: The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for working on the maintenance of Caritas buildings to ensure smooth operations of programs. Work is performed under the supervision of the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Heavy work. Exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES REQUIRED: Climbing/Heights a factor- Ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms. Body agility is emphasized. This factor is important if the amount and kind of climbing required exceeds that required for ordinary locomotion.
