Facilities Maintenance Planner - CMMS
Job Description Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Planner provides on going and day to day CMMS system support to include data management, updates, user training, etc. to client and C&W personnel for assigned account. This role is essential to ensure adherence to C&W Audit and Compliance policies and alignment with all C&W and client data and technology governance requirements.
Perform CMMS system and data additions/updates for assets, manage asset job plans, work with the team to create and implement PM schedules, link critical spare parts to the eCrib, and load corresponding documentation into the system Serve as the single point of contact for all client, C&W, and service provider users of 360 Facility on support issues (password resets, security changes), application questions and training.
Act as site liaison with C&W GOS Technology team and Accruent to address questions, resolve issues, and keep focus on client priorities related to utilization of the CMMS.
Manage any development and coordination of any future testing and roll-outs of system enhancements, improvements, and deployment of additional 360 Facility modules
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly client and C&W management reports, including metric for digital display boards, PM OTC, MFA, Inspections, Job Hazard Assessments, Contractor data, look ahead schedules and dashboard reports
Serve as the single point of contact for all client, C&W, and service provider users of 360 Facility on support issues (password resets, security changes), application questions and training.
Hold weekly CMMS meeting with account management team
Support Facilities Management team with vendor coordination and oversight as needed
