General Overview:

This position is a vital part of the Plant Operations Management Team: Manages, plans, and directs specified and general plant maintenance and manufacturing processes in an industrial manufacturing plant. Oversees facility operational resources including HVAC, fire protection system, environmental compliance processes, compressed air, and other support and mechanical equipment supporting the plant. Manages and participates in project work and plant-wide 5S initiatives and projects. Overall Responsibilities:

The list below highlights the essential job responsibilities but is not exhaustive.

• Manages day to day activities of maintenance function to maintain operations.

• Participates, supports, and runs 5S and Lean project initiatives.

• Prepares and distributes a description and timeline of projects. Gives status updates and regularly monitors contractor work, contractor safety, and ensures EcoWater employees are protected from unsafe interactions.

• Analyzes and plans work force utilizations, space requirements, workflow, and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Maintain overall facility layout.

• Responsible for developing and maintaining the overall plant preventive maintenance (PM) system and processes per ISO standards.

• Provides problem-solving support to manufacturing personnel.

• Confers with vendors to determine product specification and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluates products per specifications and quality standards.

• Install and maintain injection molding machines.

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supervises a team of approximately 10-15 maintenance technicians for the overall facility that covers multiple shifts, support equipment,
