The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all basic building systems and services are

operational and maintained according to company policy. This position will be responsible for indoor and outdoor maintenance. This position will coordinate OSHA compliance within the building.

  • Mail Room Services: Performs duties related to the regular handling of mail or packages by performing manual

duties and operating mail-processing machines.

  • Building Maintenance: Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.

  • Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors determine pricing and/or services. Communicate with vendors as needed to ensure services are provided on a consistent basis and as documented in contract.

  • OSHA: Assist with the planning, implementation and oversight of the company's employee safety at work. As part

of team, works to ensure that the company is in compliance and adheres to OSHA

guidelines to reduce work-related injuries. Assist with the coordination of on-site inspections to audit physical

conditions and safe work practices.


  • Must speak, read, write and understand English

  • Certified to drive a Forklift

  • Valid Driver's license

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Some basic computer skills such as Word and Excel

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel

  • Must be able to handle multiple project and tasks

  • Have the ability to solve problems, make decisions and work independently

  • Maintain confidentiality


  • Knowledge of OSHA Compliance

  • Some basic HVAC experience
