1.Assists in building repairs, including but not limited to, drywall, painting, sheet metal, small equipment repairs, lighting, woodworking, drains, and plumbing.
2.Maintains Rockline license to operate mobile equipment including forklift, scissor lift, snorkel lift.
3.Performs daily routine preventive maintenance tasks
4.Reads, follows and closes out work orders.
5.Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
6.Keeps Rockline Springdale, AR facilities in a "Tour Ready-Audit Ready" status by assisting with any cGMP cleaning needed.
7.As season dictates, performs ground maintenance including but not limited to trash pickup, mowing, weed-eating, edging, weeding and planting.

9.Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner. Effectiveness in carrying out this responsibility is part of each associate's essential accountabilities.
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 2 years experience in building maintenance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to quickly changing priorities. Proficient with hand tools and power tools required to complete tasks. Good communication skills. Must be a motivated self-starter that is able to work with speed and accuracy, and also follow instructions well. Must be able to work as a team player. Must maintain an outstanding attendance record.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to communicate face-to-face, over the radios, via work order, and via email as necessary.
Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Constant standing and walking; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling and reaching. Occasional repetitive hand and foot motions.
Work environment includes frequent noise >85db, hot and cold temperatures, moving mechanical parts, and some fumes/odors.
Requires ability to read, write, calculate and reason.
Requires good visual acuity with depth perception and color vision.
