  • Weekly update to space plans, coordination of where new hires will sit, and team relocation plans

  • Help coordinate construction projects, manage budgets and provide guidance to contractors

  • Review, organize and manage contracts

  • Coordinate furniture installs

  • Proactively create processes that will help sustain the growth of Podium

  • Take ownership of preventative maintenance and constantly look for ways to improve our property

  • Verify if vendors are meeting our specifications and are also meeting our expectations

  • Manage security


  • Working towards a BA in facilities management or a related discipline

The Engineering Intern will assist engineers, inspect products, conduct tests, and collect data. In this role, the Engineering Intern will support development testing and will methodically conduct experiments to solve technical problems in research and development, manufacturing, inspection, and maintenance. The Engineering Intern will identify, formulate, and produce effective solutions based off of data analysis and results interpretation. Your specific responsibilities as a part of our team will include: * Product testing * Prototyping on sustaining and development projects * Researching manufacturing processes, standards, and requirements * Reoccurring maintenance on lab equipment * Manage quarterly testing of products, locating 3rd party labs * Create solutions to complex technical problems. * Assist engineers as they create, modify, and test products and processes * Utilize computer-aided design and drafting.
