Position Summary We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. They should possess a strong understanding of HVAC equipment and components, as well as excellent troubleshooting skills. In this role you will: Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systemsPerform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficientlyDiagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systemsInspect and test HVAC systems to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standardsProvide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with residentsKeep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Qualified candidates will have:Proven experience as an HVAC Technician

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systemsStrong knowledge of HVAC equipment and componentsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMinimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, but not required. Must be willing and able to become CPR and first aid certified.
