Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to accomplish office custodial and maintenance duties. This position is focused around providing a clean and orderly environment for all National Debt Relief office space and our onsite affiliated companies.
Responsibilities
Clean restrooms, hallways, rooms, private offices, stairways, and empty wastebaskets
Use brooms, mops, and floor equipment to sweep, mop, and maintain the cleanliness of all floors including tiles
Replenish restroom / kitchen supplies
Keeping a log of inventory for the pantry and cleaning supply closet
Use vacuum cleaners to clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture
Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, glass panels, doors, and windowsills as needed
Dust furniture and equipment
Straightening the conference rooms before and after meetings
Follow all applicable safety rules and procedures
Report work accomplished orally or on written work order to supervisor
Perform work as per standard procedure and by building's operational schedule
Ability to apply the necessary skills and use proper judgement to perform all tasks and prioritize assignments as needed
Make timely notifications to the Facility Supervisor or in his absence to the Security Manager to report any maintenance and facility issues
Complete additional miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years custodial experience in a corporate environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in cleaning, material safety, and use of common hand tools
The employee is expected to be punctual and ready to report to work on a consistent basis
The employee will be exposed to a fast-paced environment and is expected to be able to adjust accordingly
Physical Requirements
The employee is frequently required to stand or walk for an extended period
Lifting 40-50 LBS unassisted if needed
Must be able to work full-time, 40-hour workweek, onsite in the designated National Debt Relief and affiliated companies' office location

Compensation Information
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is 16.50 - $20.65
