We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team.

What You'll Do

  • Assists team members and outside contractors by coordinating facility maintenance and repair

  • Supports clinics to ensure repairs and maintenance services are completed correctly and on time

  • Facilitates ticket service system to make sure requests are responded to and closed appropriately

  • Assists in ensuring facility compliance with all local, state, and federal codes and regulations

  • Assists in ensuring a safe work environment for all offices and clinics

  • Arranges for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems

  • Oversees the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building

  • Tracks regular and ad-hoc facility expenses and maintains an updated record of invoices from external vendors

  • Assists with construction related projects as required

  • Documents standardized processes and procedures

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum one (1) year of any type of repair or maintenance experience required, two (2) years preferred

  • Experience in facilities, construction or vendor management preferred

  • Experience with Service Channel Computerized Maintenance Management System preferred

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Basic knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and regulations
