Responsible for management & continuous improvement of the following business processes:

  • My Facilities WO Management and Analytics

  • Lead implementation of Management-of-Change & Contractor Safety Management requirements

  • Daily Fast Response Reporting

  • Provide support of GM/UAW Safety Audit Process as Champion for one safety module

  • GMS Basketweave and BPD initiatives

Provide support for the following:

  • Stakeholder and Tennant Meetings for open WO

  • Contractor Services and Safety Plans

  • Purchase Orders and Invoicing

  • Safety Observation Tours

Understanding of Building Systems:

  • Building Maintenance

  • Data Centers

  • Security and Locks

  • Building Utility & Piping Systems

  • Energy Conservation Understanding of Life/Safety Systems

  • Fire Life Safety Systems

  • Evacuation Plans Understanding of Environmental Health & Safety

  • Waste Removal

  • OSHA, State, and Local Regulatory Compliance

  • HAZMAT (Hazardous Material) Compliance

  • Environmental Compliance Initiatives


  • Coordinate Employee PTO/Vacation Scheduling and Coverage

  • Ensure 100% Employee Safety Training Compliance

  • Support cost saving initiatives

  • Support KPI Performance Metrics

  • Provide PTO coverage support for E1, On Demand, Conference Room Setups, and various daily business functions


  • Associates degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field

  • 2+ years' experience with Facility or Property Administration

  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations

  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints

  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision

  • Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills

Strong organizational skills and collaborative style

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Coordinator to join our team. Position Description: * This is a warehouse-type position that will be responsible for a wide range of activities to support inventory and distribution related tasks for both internal and external customers * Issue hardware to engine and component service orders and will perform inventory management for all aftermarket hardware * Plan hardware kits and requirements for incoming engines to ensure hardware is available when needed * Continual problem solving and follow up is required to resolve hardware conflicts between many existing needs based on priority * Ship outgoing sales orders/hardware in accordance with shipping instructions and monitor shipping/packaging supplies Requirements: * High school degree or equivalent * 1-3 years of prior related work experience in inventory or warehousing * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) * SAP experience is a plus, but not required * Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. from 4 inches to 25 inches (one rep) (Note – must use a lift assist or assistance from other individual(s) when lifting in excess of 50 lbs.) - Must be capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 lbs. - Must be able to reach above shoulder 65 inches above floor level (minimum). - Must have grip strength of at least 50 lbs. * Responsible for and accountable for the quality of work, including, as a minimum, all elements defined in the Company's Quality Policy * US Citizenship status required Williams International is committed to equal employment opportunities for all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, and protected veteran status Williams International Pontiac MI
