Location: Fort Worth, TX

Salary: $22.00 - $26.93/hr

The Facilities Coordinator interfaces with our clients, account team and service providers to ensure superior delivery of facilities services to our client. Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, this position is part of the client's service center and is responsible for taking and processing all incoming requests. This position is the primary contact for all service oriented requests and is critical in the delivery of superior customer service to the client.

  • Receives and coordinates maintenance repair calls: scheduling, follow-up, quote preparation, problem resolution, and post-service activities.

  • Responsible for providing work order management support, program administration and reporting.

  • Create new work orders, assign and dispatch vendors, update as to status and confirm completion of work.

  • Follows up with team members and client to make sure service delivery, work orders, and special projects are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

  • Coordinate and schedule repairs between vendors, colleagues and Facility Managers, following up with vendors until completion.

  • Update and document status changes, expense and invoicing information on work orders.

  • Open and issue purchase orders on behalf of requesters. Obtain approvals and update status.

  • Provide required reporting, data, and dispatch updates for assigned units of business

  • Checks in service providers at the Maintenance Shop. Ensures all proper PPE is accounted for prior to provider starting work.

  • Strong CMMS experience/data management capabilities

  • Perform other duties, activities, or projects as assigned

  • Client Relationships

  • Acts as primary contact with client for all service related matters within the client's portfolio.

  • Must have the desire and ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive interaction with the client team members.

  • Communicate with clients daily to maintain a first-class relationship using phone, email, reports, internal, client, and 3rd-party systems.

  • Work with internal groups to communicate customer requirements and to resolve any challenges, issues, or new opportunities.

  • Skills/Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required

  • Proficient in the use of Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Work Order / Data Base and prior facility management experience preferred.

  • Must have the ability to function in a fast paced and customer service-oriented position, be detail oriented, friendly, organized, and dependable.

  • Position requires successful completion of a background check.
