About This Opportunity

InComm is a global leader in financial technology innovation. Our Financial Services team is located in Columbus, Ga, and is focused on activities that range from fraud analysis to consumer disputes and charge-backs. We have experienced tremendous growth and are planning to grow our Columbus team significantly. We are in search of a Facilities Coordinator I and are looking for professionals with strong customer service skills; a can-do attitude, and an team player, with back-office support skills, etc.

  • Collect, sort, and deliver USPS mail and /or packages from other vendors such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. Sort and routes all mail/packages for distribution to other corporate locations. Operate metering and mailing equipment to weigh and affix USPS postage and identify inappropriately prepared mail items and take steps to remedy problems.

  • Maintain corporate work rooms for copy and print paper, as well as letterhead stationery. Maintain stock requirements, manage inventory, and deliver paper as needed to workrooms.

  • Prepare departmental mailings; verify all postings are correct and ready to be delivered to the USPS and/or any other vendors.

  • Maintain required standards of cleanliness; safely and effectively use equipment and chemicals in the performance of the job.

  • Maintain copy and print paper, as well as letterhead stationery. Maintain stock requirements, manage inventory, and deliver paper as needed to designated corporate workrooms.

  • Assist Facilities Manager as required or needed; performing basic tasks in support of corporate departments or buildings property manager.


  • General Filing System

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Detail oriented, reliable.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner.

  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment.

Responsibilities include: * Assist patients in the process of navigating post-acute care. * Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate options and services with a primary goal of providing a safe transition from acute care to home for home health or hospice services. * Integrate evidence-based clinical guidelines, preventative guidelines, protocols in development of transition plans that are patient-centered, promoting quality and efficiency in the delivery of post-acute care. * Promote adherence to post-acute plans and ensure ordered services are completed. * Represent Encompass in transitional care activities and strategic relationships with health systems, hospitals, inpatient facilities, and physician groups. * Monitor execution of transitional care services through ongoing quality assurance visits with referral sources. * Meeting and/or exceed referral and admission goals. * Responsible for Care Transitions Program admission activity for territory, while positively impacting patient outcomes and referral source satisfaction. Qualifications The right person for this role will be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) that is goal driven, sales motivated, and has previous home health or hospice experience. * Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing or therapy and be licensed in the state of employment. * Must have a minimum of 2-3 years field experience. * Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, as well as transitional care best practices. * Good understanding of the Federal, State, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing home health and hospice operations. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact well with diverse individuals. * Experience with territory management, strong presentation skills, performance management, building relationships, emphasizing excellence, negotiation, results driven, sales planning and execution. * Should be self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
