Facilities Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Facilities and Workplace Coordinator is responsible for supporting all activities of the Facilities department. The role supports the workplace office program and is the "face of the office" with a customer service and hospitality focus. The position also supports apree health's national care center portfolio with 50% of the role focused on administrative and facilities requests for the care center network.
The role requires capacity to track projects, general program organization, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication with the team, company leaders, clients, all employees, and vendors, ability to keep confidentiality, a professional appearance, and a can-do attitude! The Facilities and Workplace Coordinator will work with a wide variety of contacts, supporting and building relationships with property managers, vendors and assisting in activities to support all company stakeholders and departments. Office skills, such as microsoft office/google docs, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint are needed. The position requires using a computer and telephone. Position requires full-time on-site duties from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and a willingness for occasional travel. Early morning, evening, and weekend hours will occasionally be required as well as participation in the after hours on call program for facilities emergency response.
Position Qualifications/Essential Functions:
This job is full-time on-site at the Sandy, UT Office
Support day to day corporate/workplace office program, including general workplace experience, communications, snacks and other benefit programs, and monitoring of workplace policies
Support the Workplace program by managing company calendars, and planning and coordinating on site events with company leaders
Work with and support all on-site employees at the local office as a point of contact
Manage office mail program
Act as a key on site resource to support program leaders in the event of incident management and troubleshooting critical office systems
Ensure kitchen program, snacks, and equipment are maintained and cleaned
Support workplace management systems and partner with IT regarding onsite technical systems such as Audio Visual Equipment, printers, etc
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and on site activities as needed
Support the Facilities department in managing security program, key and badge access, visitors etc
Support documentation for program policies and contact information across the real estate and facilities portfolio
Support new care center launches and construction administration as needed
Supporting facilities requests across the national portfolio of care centers
Support care center facilities needs including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, security, furniture and other needs as required
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 2+ years of facilities management experience
Skills and Knowledge

Compensation: $63K-$90K (national average)
