This position reports to the Manager, Construction and Facilities Services and is responsible for coordinating and managing vendor performed facility services for center related service requests utilizing web based facility maintenance software.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor generated service requests for Field Operations as it relates to inspections, repairs, and maintaining building systems including utilities, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management (activity from Service Request through invoice approval).

  • Issue work orders to approved vendors.

  • Interact with Field Operations personnel on facility issues.

  • Review center leases for identification of facility related responsibilities and communicate and monitor landlord responsible repairs to completion.

  • Identify vendor performance issues.

  • Review invoices for accuracy, approve invoices within signature authority and notify supervisor of invoices above signature authority.

  • Coordinate Facilities projects as it related to Center closings, relocations, openings, rebrands, and remodels.

  • Strong issue resolution abilities.

  • Provide recommendations for continuous process improvement.

  • Assist with Vendor onboarding and management.

  • Provide recommendations for systems review and improvement.

  • Complete other duties as assigned.


Equivalent Education Level Required: High school degree required; BS/BA a plus.

Experience Required: 2+ years in a position displaying analytical and organizational skills. 2+ years facilities experience a plus.

Knowledge Required: Excellent written and verbal communications skills; adaptability and flexibility to changing environment; and comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products. Ability to develop and maintain business relationships.

Physical Requirements:
Sitting for long periods of time; standing occasionally; walking; bending; squatting; kneeling; pushing/pulling; reaching; twisting; frequent lifting of less than 10 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.; driving and having access during the workday to an insured and reliable transportation; typing; data entry; grasping; transferring items between hands and/or to another person or receptacle; use of office equipment to include computers; ability to travel to, be physically present at, and complete the physical requirements of the position at any assigned location.
