As a Facilities Coordinator you'll be responsible for supporting two offices with everything from launching maintenance tickets, setting up new employees and coordinating with vendors to event planning, mailroom operations and special events. No day will be the same!

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have: - 1-2 years of facilities, office coordination or administrative experience preferably within entertainment, tech or a start up environment

This position will require activesupervision of facilities engineers; working alongside or independently asneeded, in performing the inspection, operation, troubleshooting, repairs andmaintenance of building systems. Yourskills and expertise as a customer-focused strategic leader, collaborator, andinnovator will be key to managing the various responsibilities at both theBranch and District levels. As the Supervisor,you will be tasked with working with division leadership to identifyopportunities to improve and simplify processes, resulting in greater strategicvalue to the Bank. In addition, you willset a positive tone for your areas of responsibility, demonstrating acommitment to the Bank's mission and our aspiration to build a OneBank culture. Highlights of Responsibilities: * Work closely with Departmentleadership to develop and implement efforts in support of our strategicdirection – the Divisions, Departments, Banks, and Systems * Foster, develop, and maintain strong relationships with your team and District Department management and staff, providing oversight of business practices to maintain strategic, effective, and efficient processes * Demonstrates strong leadership skills in creating and developing an environment that includes strong teamwork with staff and others * Motivates and increases the morale of the staf * Develops succession plans and mentors viable candidates. * Communicatesjob expectations and holds staff accountable; i.e. OBB, Kronos's, Work ordercompletion, safety training courses, etc.) * Ensure staff are trained in, and are using, state-of-the-art project and operations management practice * Committed member of thelocal team with ability to inspire and positively influence team performance. * Represent the Bank and demonstrateleadership, good judgement, and influence at the District and System level * Ensure building requirements and testingare in compliance with required testing and certification; i.e. Reg IV,elevator drop tests, annual power shutdowns, infrared scanning, etc * Supervises vendor and contractrelationships to ensure completion of contracted scopes and deliverables * Creates, manages, distributes and maintainswork orders and PMs utilizing prescribed work order system procedures * Applies strong project management skills,delegates and follows through on projects * Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, andAbilities: * At least five years of successful people orfacilities engineering management experience preferred * Bachelor's degree from a four year college oruniversity preferred * Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with afull understanding of industry practices and bank policies and procedures,including CALOSHA and safety requirements; resolves a wide range of issues inimaginative as well as practical ways. This is the level of a fully qualified,career oriented, journey-level position * General knowledge and understanding of typical buildingsystems included but not limited to boilers, chillers, AC units, humidifiers,compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, pumps, piping, motors, electric andpneumatic controls, valves, variable frequency drives, PLCs, buildingautomation system and other apparatus used in the distribution of heated,chilled, domestic or processed water and air * Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings * Preferred experience in electronics, automation, or processequipment maintenance and troubleshooting * Ability to learn and understand maintenance and operationof specialized operation process equipment and machinery The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is an Equal OpportunityEmployer.
