Responsibilities:

  • Assist National Compliance Manager in the coordination and collection of compliance records and permits as necessary for operational compliance per local, state and federal regulations. Including but not limited to operational equipment permitting, refrigerant usage, hazardous materials storage/use, Fuel storage/usage, etc., for new, existing, and decommissioned critical environment facilities.

  • Use the client's web-based tool to maintain documentation and notifications of compliance obligations.

  • Ensure that the program is running as intended and all users can access their data.

  • Support data validation activities, working with team members to update the system as data gaps are closed.

  • Support data remediation activities associated Asset Naming structure changes

  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to the client's regulatory and compliance group.

  • Support the client's Risk and Compliance Group in insurance, regulatory, or corporate audits.

  • Support the client's Risk and Compliance Group with collecting and maintaining required business licenses.

  • Assist the account team in meeting or exceeding account Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork with account-wide team, and proactively share and re-apply all lessons learned, successes and best practices.

  • Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with client representatives, team members and service providers.

  • Self-starter, ability to proactively research compliance needs to resolve a compliance need or gap.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BS degree in environmental science or related field

  • 5-7 years relevant work experience

  • Knowledge of real estate, facilities management, and building systems required.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required

  • Experience in reading and understanding regulatory code, required

  • Experience in researching regulatory code, a plus

  • Experience with data base management a plus

  • Experience with auditing and monitoring quality systems and implementing continuous improvement initiatives a plus

  • Experience promoting open, constructive, and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients

Able to work within a changing environment, and enjoys working through complex challenges

Responsibilities Assist National Compliance Manager in the coordination and collection of compliance records and permits as necessary for operational compliance per local, state and federal regulations. Including but not limited to operational equipment permitting, refrigerant usage, hazardous materials storage/use, Fuel storage/usage, etc. * Act as the liaison between project teams and compliance department to gain and share information required to maintain federal, state and local compliance at a specified location, specific to regulated chemicals. * Track projects timelines for equipment adds and removals in association with reportable chemicals. * Use the client's web-based tool to maintain documentation and notifications of compliance obligations. * Prepare and submit compliance reports to the client's regulatory group for refrigerant adds, leaks and removal. * Support the client's Regulatory team by providing any required documentation needed for reporting chemical inventories to the EPA or local jurisdictions. * Assist the account team in meeting or exceeding account Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork with account-wide team, and proactively share and re-apply all lessons learned, successes and best practices. * Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with client representatives, team members and service providers. * Self-starter, ability to proactively research regulations and any compliance needs to resolve need or gap. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in environmental science, or related field. * Specific experience in regulations pertaining to refrigerant, a plus * Minimum of two years of industry experience required either such as a facility manager or as an environmental consultant. * Must have strong organizational, and time management skills. * Strong background in research and comprehension of environmental regulations * Must have experience with environmental regulations, specifically Section 608 of EPA clean air act.
