ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Help facilities coordinator with maintaining the upkeep (interior and exterior) of the Casa Esperanza physical premises, including all grounds, walkways, common areas, office spaces and guest rooms. Helping complete work orders.

Preventative maintenance and repairs which may include changing out furniture and fixtures, patching and painting offices, hanging pictures, shelves, keeping roof drains clean. Help keep pantry/kitchen areas tidy. Carry out other projects and/or duties that may be assigned from time to time
