Facilities and Supply Chain Coordinator Position :00803752 - Requisition :33904 Job Summary: This position is a full-time, entry-level position at the Gates Biomanufacturing Facility located on the Anschutz Medical Campus and serves on the Facilities team. This position will be responsible for coordinating facility operations, establishing and improving facilities specific systems and functions including facility operations, maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical and scientific equipment, supply chain management, inventory control, and material handling.

The Facilities Supply Chain Coordinator will work closely with the Facilities Manager and Facilities Engineer to provide administrative, scheduling and equipment support, and works in collaboration and cross-functionally with members of the Supply Chain team. The Facilities and Supply Chain Coordinator supports adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and will serve as the primary point of contact for GMP facility-related items to Quality Assurance and Site Facilities & Engineering. This includes providing leadership for the facility cleaning programs; coordinating facility maintenance events (planned and unplanned); ensuring accuracy of asset and service records in facility quality systems; and project management for Facilities Department projects.

This is a hands-on position and will require performing maintenance and other manual tasks on an as-needed basis. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for addressing, investigating, and documenting any facility or utility alarms.

Support for asset system for calibration and maintenance. Evaluate and ensure traceability and status requirements in accordance with site Quality Management System (QMS) standards for equipment and instruments. Oversee and analyze facility work order systems to guarantee timely and accurate completion of maintenance requests, contributing to operational efficiency.

Oversee improvement, installation, repair projects, and lab start up and build out. General receiving, labeling, and processing of all materials, documents, and equipment used at GBF; Assists with quality and technical specification inspections on incoming client and GMP materials. Cleans, packages, and labels materials according to Standard Operating Procedures and GMP requirements.

Assisting with inspecting GMP and research materials to ensure adherence to inspection criteria and receiving instructions. The inspection procedure requires an understanding of the critical quality attributes, packaging/ repackaging, safety, and handling requirements, labeling, and proper storage conditions for over 2,500 materials. The hiring range for this position has been established as $50,325 - $64,013. The above salary range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is eligible for overtime compensation.
