Job Description:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Level Facilities Analyst to support our business in Chantilly, VA.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Lead efforts to review, create, improve, and document SAP processes and procedures involving the integration with multiple disciplines or organizations.

  • Initiate and lead regional or site cross-functional teams to create and validate processes.

  • Provides expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance for SAP facilities and logistics processes.

  • Work closely with SAP users to troubleshoot process issues, correct transactional errors, execute SAP reports, develop reporting variants, monitor and address data quality issues, and perform data analysis in support of business initiatives.

  • Document SAP standard procedures, develop job-aides, and maintain SAP knowledge-base articles.

  • Assist user processing of SAP accesses requests and registration for role-based SAP training courses. Perform user testing for SAP enhancements.

Qualifications

This position requires an active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 6+ years' experience using SAP
  • Ability to obtain a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) with a Counterintelligence Polygraph U.S. Security Clearance post-start

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Project System (PS) and/or Materials Management (MM) modules

  • Primary job location will be in Chantilly or Springfield, VA.

  • Position is contingent upon award of the CFOAM Bridge contract

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
