Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Facilities with preparing reports and presentations

  • Maintain an open line of communication with all departments

  • Conduct clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining files and databases

  • Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking

  • Work on vendor agreements and RFP's with the procurement department

  • Provide back up support for Facility Coordinator and Fleet Manager

  • Assist with other projects for the Facilities Department as needed

Qualifications

  • At least two years' experience in an office setting

  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to understand the nature and importance of calls/situations and handle with discretion

  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing to a wide variety of audiences

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently

This position will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all trades for a group of commercial and residential properties. This position requires the applicant to have a good working knowledge of HVAC Systems. Responsibilities * Perform services including patching drywall, painting and carpentry. * Respond to maintenance repair requests. * Work with vendors to ensure all work orders are being completed in a timely manner and all services are being completed per the contract scope of work. * Perform plumbing and electrical repairs. * Install, repair, and maintain appliances. * Repair and maintain HVAC equipment including rooftop units, oil burners, gas furnaces and pumps * Work in the on-call schedule to respond to after hour calls. * Support other members of the Facilities staff. * Plow parking lots and driveways with company supplied vehicle. Shovel walkways where needed.
