Position Overview:

The Facilities Admin/Tech is a central part of the Align Technology Raleigh office. This position is responsible for helping to ensure the facility runs smoothly and identifying ways to make our office better every day. The Facilities Admin/Tech will receive exposure to various aspects of our growing location by working with various departments at all levels within a dynamic global organization.

Represent the Align Technology brand in creating a welcoming culture to our guests, including customers and candidates

Ensuring a comfortable and optimal working environment for employees

Help manage our Raleigh office day to day activities

Identifying new projects aimed at enhancing the experience of our guests and employees

Maintaining and enhancing vendor relationships


Execute facilities project plans.

Proactively coordinate office needs to ensure adequate supplies, functioning equipment and clean environment

Order Office Supplies, including security badges

Assist with maintaining conference rooms each day and after meetings throughout the day

Coordinates furniture requests, desk assignments, and manage local furniture vendor relationship

Creation and placement of employee nametags

Manage scheduling of employee moves

Manage conference room scheduling

Coordinate with executive admins for guest needs from other offices

Perform other clerical duties as needed

Invoice approval/tracking for Align and Tenants

Work order ticket assignment foe Align and Tenants

Reception coverage

Assist Facilities tech with conference room setup/moves and other tasks as needed

Work on other projects as you request or assigned by manager/team

What we look for:
2+ years' experience as a facilities coordinator/office coordinator

Punctuality work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Possess a positive and flexible attitude

Highly organized and strong attention to detail

Able to communicate clearly and comfortably on e-mail, phone, and in person

Experience creating business deliverables within the Microsoft Office Suite:Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Able to maintain the confidentiality of all business matters

Able to work independently while still interacting within an integrated team structure

Able to identify creative solutions to difficult issues

Able to demonstrate proactive customer service

Looks to build connections with employees at all levels

Position Information The Systems Analyst II is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of web applications, business processes and systems support. Responsible for taking a lead role in ensuring application and performance improvement areas within Wake AHEC technology-based functions. Ensures quality by accurately analyzing issues and proposed changes, efficiently completing testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring all in-house and third party application programs to ensure optimal performance. Maintains knowledge of latest changes in technology and recommends upgrades and reprogramming to ensure optimal use of NC AHEC and Wake AHEC applications.
