We are looking for a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our small metal fabrication shop in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the contract manufacturing of sheet metal products, ensuring high-quality work and precise craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on various sheet metal products. Fabricate and assemble metal components according to blueprints and specifications. Operate various fabrication equipment such as shears, brakes, and saws.

Ensure all work meets quality standards and project requirements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Troubleshoot and repair welding and fabrication issues as needed.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a welder/fabricator in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Ability to operate standard metal fabrication equipment. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Reliable, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
