Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. is a world-class leader in designing and manufacturing custom machine bases for vibration-sensitive production tools used in semiconductor fabrication. Fulcrum Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the fabrication and special projects division within our growing team. This role focuses on coordinating custom fabrication and unique project initiatives, requiring strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage cross-functional tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Support the planning, tracking, and execution of custom and one-off fabrication projects, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and timelines. Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that potential issues are identified and resolved promptly.

Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Organize and maintain project documentation, including schedules and change orders to ensure accessibility and accuracy. Work with sales, engineering, procurement, and production teams to manage project dependencies and deliverables.

Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or support role within a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Systems. Ability to read and understand basic part and assembly CAD drawings.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
