The Team
The Corporate Intelligence vertical is an integral part of Financial Advisory Services. The Corporate Intelligence vertical supports clients across sectors with qualitative inputs through public record research and market enquiries based due diligence to assess the integrity, background and reputation of entities and/ or individuals that the client may wish to transact with or enter into a business relationship. About the Role
As a Manager in our Corporate Intelligence Services Team, you will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Work you'll do
The role in the Corporate Intelligence Services vertical would be to manage the project management team and execution of client engagements. The responsibilities are delineated below:
Overall Responsibilities
Oversee the complete lifecycle of project and manage them end-to-end.
Executing projects with limited supervision and providing weekly updates on progress to internal stakeholders.
Interact with internal teams/ sub-contractors on engagements to ensure their timely delivery and quality adherence to quality standards.
Train junior team members on public domain research, report writing, and any other team requirements.
Responsible for getting timely risk clearances applicable on engagements and ensuring that all risk considerations / instructions are adhered to by self and team members.
Prepare proposals / pitch packs with minimal supervision.
Excel in a collaborative environment, where the ability to multi-task across multiple projects will be expected.
Project Management Responsibilities
Strategizing and planning of the engagement execution in consultation with Partner or Director and defining work streams for team members.
Suggesting scope revisions in line with client expectations.
Leading client updates and addressing queries satisfactorily as frequently as the nature of work demands.
Ensuring that engagement is executed and delivered in line with client expectations / defined scope.
Timeliness of delivery and taking ownership of project execution.
Ensure adherence to strict quality standards and zero escalations on deliverables and driving this culture in the team.
Qualifications
Flair in written and spoken English language and making formal business reports / presentations. Ability to analyze and summarize complex information in a unique way or in own words is a mandatory skill set.
Fluency in additional languages
Ideal candidates should possess a Graduate / Post Graduate / Management degree with a specialization in Finance / Commerce / Economics. Candidates with post graduate degrees in other disciplines including liberal arts can also apply provided they are found suitable to the role during the interview process.
Sound knowledge of databases such as Factiva, Lexis, Nexis, RoC.
Sound knowledge / skills (above average) in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.

Base location: Mumbai / Delhi
