Job Description:

This role is directly responsible for the F-35 International Supply Base inclusive of International FACOs, Wing, BAE Systems Teammate and other hardware component and systems suppliers. Oversees relationships, strategic planning, proposals, negotiations, capability development, on-time delivery, product affordability innovation, quality, cost, integration of sub-suppliers, and information management. Enable the full capabilities of strategic and potential/new suppliers that can significantly contribute to F-35 strategic performance goals. Coordinate activities with Customer Programs to ensure International country partners and MODs are satisfied and integrated into the F-35 solution, including international participation and offsets. Coordinate with Production Operations International FACO leadership to align execution and performance. Lead International SCM procurement team members in acquisition, planning, execution and supplier performance management to meet program cost, quality and schedule commitments. Industrial Participation lead for F-35 SCM on cross functional engagements. Responsible for integrating with cross functional teams leading Buyer Furnished Material to FACOs and BAE Teammate Furnished Equipment execution.

  • Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related leadership experience.

  • Program/project management skills.

  • Industry prime negotiation experience and customer interface.

  • Experience developing and implementing affordability improvement initiatives.

  • Experience with subcontract cost, quality, schedule and technical program performance and Earned Value Management.

  • Demonstrated capability for program capture/proposal and material strategy development.

  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR ) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR).
