The Netherlands Multi-Use Warehouse Inventory Manager is responsible for all Supply Chain Management in support of the F135 Global Spares Pool (GSP) Multi Use Warehouse in the Netherlands Region.

This position is located in the Netherlands

Key Responsibilities:

  • Depot-level spare materials support for F135 depot operations, provide global inventory warehousing and distribution services for the F-35 unit-level operating locations, and ensure logistics planning and execution tied to the maturation of the F135 repair cycle process.

  • The Inventory Manager drives integration and communications to ensure that depot and unit level parts' shortages are resolved in an efficient manner.

  • You will serve as primary liaison with P&W East Hartford global spares support team to flag and work to reconcile standard/gross deltas in depot and overall theatre spares supportability.

  • The Inventory Manager will coordinate with the F135 Global Spares Package (GSP) Multi-Use Warehouse for rapid pick/pack/ship of F135 spares, including DSPs and ASPs, for unit-level peace time and contingency support operations, and tailored spares kit builds to support Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT) compression planning for depot-level maintenance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a secret security clearance and be able to maintain security clearance.

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in an operational supply chain and/or logistics management capacity along with leadership experience.

  • At least 3 years of proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership/management experience is strongly preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of PW/UTC internal supply policies, practices, and standard work is highly desired, as is proficiency in the complete range of SAP spares-related transactions.

  • Familiarity with engine Bills of Material, spares configuration management databases, and spares provisioning tables is highly desired.

  • Good analytical skills are a must: individual must be able to organize, logically analyze and present spares information that may be pulled in from several info systems.

  • A working knowledge of current Department of Defense engine material and logistics support concepts is beneficial.

  • A good working knowledge of international shipping/export compliance is desired.

  • The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate work experience that details examples of self-starting ability, initiative, and capacity to drive complex issues to closure.

  • Must be able to obtain/maintain required work permits, clearances, and access.

Pratt & Whitney is in search of an F135 Military Customer Support and Services (MCSS) Business and Project Management Specialist. P&W Military Customer Support F135 Product Line Management provides products and services to sustain the worldwide propulsion fleet of F135 engines including Customer Support Engineering, Support Equipment, and Joint Technical Data. This position will be responsible for overseeing the management of budgets and schedules for government contracts. This is a hybrid role. Key Responsibilities: * Project Management of MCSS activities under the F135 site and depot activation and sustainment contracts * Activities would fall under Joint Technical Data (JTD) * Review of financial data to ensure validity and alignment with expected outputs * Review data on business days 4 and 5 before monthly deliverables begin * Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of monthly business rhythm deliverables. * Develop inputs for future contract proposals * Attend weekly Internal Cost and Schedule Performance Status meetings, Monthly EAC customer meetings, weekly risk reviews, and Integrated Baseline Reviews * Support process improvement initiatives identified by the Program Management Office (PMO) * Teamwork, adaptability and focus on results are key competences for this position * Working knowledge of EVMS and Program/Project management * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills * Desire to work with both internal and external stakeholders in a team environment * Experience with P&W's EV toolset including Primavera, Dassian, eCSVAR, and wInsight a plus Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required; Business or Technical field strongly preferred. * A minimum 5+ years of Project Management, Business and/or Engineering experience * At least 2 years in project management and utilizing EVMS tools * US Citizenship is required due to government contracts Preferred Qualifications: * F135 Experience * ACE Associate * CAM Training Raytheon Technologies is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
