This position will have overall responsibility for ensuring fleet readiness for world wide customers operating the F100 through an organization of country fleet managers and field service representatives. This Regional position is for the America's Region. As the Regional Manager for the America's the position is key to sustaining fleet safety and readiness for (1500) operational F100-220/229 engines of the USAF, U.S. Navy, and Chilean Air Force.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for effective use of forecasting, materials management, and information systems to meet fleet requirements. Ensure critical issues are identified and addressed.
Accountable for achieving financial plans for revenue, inventory and margin. Interface with customers to determine future needs and support new sustainment business opportunities.
Responsible for utilizing resources within group and other organizations to manage effective processes, including (16) direct/indirect reports distributed throughout the U.S. and Chile.
Ensure the Fleet Readiness Excellence and safety processes are applied to keep assigned customer fleets safe and supportable
Focus internal support necessary to achieve 6.0 or higher customer scorecard ratings
Promote the effective use of supporting infrastructure such as forecasting, materials management, information systems, and standard work
Interface with customers and the F100 P&W Program Office to determine future customer needs and focus internal support necessary to achieve customer satisfaction.
Foster the ACE Principles and continuous improvement of fleet management systems and processes to minimize cost and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support export compliance activities for licenses/agreements within region.

Education: B.S. degree required; a MBA or advanced degree preferred
This position will be stationed in East Hartford. Up to 20% domestic and international travel is required.
