Boeing is seeking a highly experienced F/A-18E/F Super Hornet Pilot Subject Matter Expert to update current US Navy training material to the H14 and H16 Operation Flight Program.
Develops technical proposals for high performance aircrew training.
Monitors training project budgets and schedules.
Determines customer requirements and develops training courses and materials to satisfy requirements.
Teaches developed courses using a variety of media and training devices.
Assesses participant learning and adjusts presentation to ensure successful understanding by all students.
Mentors and coordinates work assignments for other instructors/team members.
Works under consultative direction.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship
Minimum of 5 years' of pilot experience operating F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter aircraft
Courseware development and Instructor experience
Hours within the Military as a pilot-in-command correlating to F/A-18
This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Alternate work location may be considered.

A minimum of 5 years of Electronics/Avionics maintenance experience required.
An understanding of US Navy Flight Regulations and procedures required.
Courseware development and Instructor experience preferred.
