You give your all and so do we What you will do: As our Extrusion Team Lead, you will be responsible overseeing the safety and quality in the Extrusion department. The Job: Assist in printing/entering production orders. Assist in updating POS's and work instructions. Assure proper quality and specs. Assist in training new employees. Act as a backup to the Extrusion Operators. Make sure employees are working safe. Keep the shop safe and organized. Report potential hazards. All other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have: Leadership ability. Clear and effective oral and written communications. Strong time management skills. Good mechanical skills. Able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Meet or exceed customer expectations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2-3 years Extrusion experience. Leadership experience a plus. Broad knowledge of sheet and profile extrusion Strong mechanical ability or knowledge. Fork lift certification to be completed after successful hire.
